About Us

Our speed test incorporates HTML5 technology that allows you to test your bandwidth on any device without updating your browser, downloading a separate mobile app or installing Flash. We use the latest in responsive design to bring you the best web experience.

What is a speed test?

It is the fastest and simplest way to measure the speed at which your ADSL line browses. This way you will know the upload and download speed and you will be able to know the efficiency of your connection.
It is important to do a speed test to measure the download and upload speed of your connection especially when you notice that the pages take a long time to load or your P2P programs do not download to the download speed you're used to.

Read before starting the Speed Test

For the results of our speed tests to be as reliable as possible it is important we check that we have no other program using our connection, so we must make sure to disconnect P2P programs like Emule, BitTorrent, Ares, etc... or any other program that needs the internet connection to function as the messenger, Skype or even programs that run at startup and check for updates periodically (printers, keyboards and mice, etc ...).

The performance of a connection will never be 100%. Bear in mind that in these types of connections (analog modem, ISDN, ADSL, etc.) use various protocols (PPP, TCP / IP) that occupy bandwidth (between 2% and 20% of the 100% of the total, depending on the type of connection or the protocol used), thus the bandwidth usable for downloading data is reduced. The results shown in this test correspond to the usable bandwidth, IE, this equates to the speed of information transfer, and not to the access speed. In addition there are other no measurable factors that may contribute to reduce the speed of the connection, such as congestion in the network, electromagnetic interference, etc... which also influence the final result.
